| What is TMI? |
TMI is a nationally-recognized mobile marketing and media company that specializes in delivering unique marketing communications between businesses and consumers using the mobile device. TMI focuses on impulse marketing, mobile coupons, alert systems, and more.

| Does TMI cost anything? |
TMI does not charge for any standard content received by a user on their mobile phone. These costs are covered by the advertiser or business. Of course, standard text messaging charges may be applied by your carrier if you don’t have a messaging plan. However, specialized premium content for wallpapers, ring tones, daily information, prizes, or other types of contests may have a nominal charge associated with the product. These charges will always be fully disclosed, and utilize a double opt-in procedure to ensure that you receive only the content you want.

| How do I send a text message? |
Sending a text message couldn't be any easier! While each individual phone model varies on the steps and organization, you can generally use this as a guide: 1.) Select Messages/Messaging from your phone's menu. Hit "OK" on your phone. 2.) Select New Message/New Text Message. Hit "OK" on your phone. 3.) In the "TO:" box, enter the recipient's phone number or short code, in this case, 89848. Hit "OK" on your phone. 4.) In the "TEXT:" box, enter the message or keyword you wish to send. Hit "SEND" or "OK" on your phone to send the message.

| What is 89848 (TXTIT)? What does it mean and why are all keywords sent to that number? |
89848 is known as a short code or common short code. Short codes were established by the cellular industry to give mobile users and systems the ability to interact via messaging and be easier to remember than a full length phone number. TMI’s standard short code is 89848. Type TMI on your phone and you will be pressing the 8-9-8-4 and 8 buttons.

Currently, TMI serves the Canada. In the near future, TMI will service the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, and other international destinations.

SMS is an acronym for SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE, a service that allows mobile phones to send text messages between cell phones.

| How do I know if my phone and wireless carrier support TMI's keywords? |
TMI supports almost all cell phone carriers, covering over 97% of the cell phones in the Canada. Currently, our services may not work with some models or carriers of pre-paid phones. Check with your carrier if you are uncertain about your phone or plan's ability to send or receive text messages.

| Why am I not seeing text messages from TMI on my phone? |
While it's possible your phone might not have the capability to send or receive text messages, it's highly unlikely. Your message inbox might be full, so first gain some storage space by deleting old messages. It's also possible that your carrier's messaging service is momentarily down, so try again in a few minutes. Due to the exchange between carriers as your message is routed and delivered, you response message might take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to be received and return a response. Lastly, make sure that you have "texted" the correct keyword (spelling counts!) to our short code 89848.

| If my phone is turned off, I am on a call, or out of network will I still receive message from TMI? |
Yes! Text messages are stored by your mobile provider for a period of time from a few days to a number of weeks (depending on your carrier). As soon as your phone is turned on or returns to your network area, the wireless provider will begin to attempt to complete sending those message directly to your phone.
